elmich Properties is a small family owned and operated business located in the Sierra foothills of northern California. Since
our beginning in 1976, we have specialized in the ownership and management of single family rentals - first in northern California and later in
southeastern Idaho and north shore Kaua'i. To date, we currently own and manage over 20 properties in these areas. We have always strived to provide our clients with high quality, professional service and
a high level of personal touch.
After many years of visiting and being totally captivated and mystified by the island of Kaua'i - and
particularly the magical north shore - we began to expand into the vacation rental business on the Garden Isle. We are
excited about this expansion and hope to draw on our many years of property management expertise to provide our guests with a
vacation rental experience that will enrich their entire Kaua'i Holiday.
